The Village @ Gureje is an arts center and creative community that brings together notable people from Brooklyn and beyond.
It includes and extends behind the boutique space to the Art Café + Bar, back into the Renate Albertsen-Marton (RAM) Gallery,
which also functions as a performance space for events, and over to a captivating outdoor patio with an equally colorful ambience,
film projections, and a recently added food truck.
Through an entrepreneurial attitude, talented people and groups are supported and encouraged to enter a shared, sustainable area with resources.
Through our network of resident artists, The Village at Gureje also offers a varied calendar of seminars and classes.
Figure drawing, drumming, textile dyeing and designs, group yoga, self-defense, and spiritual gatherings have all been covered in classes and workshops.
The Village @ Gureje is a place to learn and grow.
